如果你隻手捉唔到自己腳可以加瑜伽帶去輔助,如果你十分柔軟就可以試吓打開雙腳腳趾掂地下

Benefits:
-Relieves period cramps
-Stretches the inner groins and the back spine
-Relieves lower back pain
-Releases tension from the hip joint

If you can’t easily hold your feet with your hands, try holding each foot with a yoga strap looped around the middle arch.

Should not be practiced by those with knee and hip joint injuries
